Love Bear Accessories

Dear Friends!!!

Here my request.. Please dont think I am too much in to M Seal.. But, I feel happy to handle those..

I have the remaining M Seal with me after doing Mayuri

I promise friends, I have not made with any molds, this is full and fully hand made...

Now, I came up with my loooongg time wish of making accessories. I decided to do Teddy Bear with a Loving heart in his hand. It is made up of M Seal, which helped me to forget my hate life with Polymer Clay (as i did not find it here in Delhi)

It is just made p of basic Geometrical shapes.. At last I felt it is lovely in the finishing..

Millet Meal- A Nostalgic Meal

Millet Meal- கம்மஞ்சோறு.

I remember I had this when I was studying 7th std. After learning swimming in my village farm well, in afternoon my grandma gave me this on a special request of mine.

When ever I think about it I used to think about my Grandma (mom's Mother). A sweet and caring lady ever since i met, who pours love and affection on me, what ever i doo...

Now... lets talk about Millet and Millet Meal.

Millet Health benefits...
  • Magnesium in millet can help reduce the affects of migraines and heart attacks.
  • Niacin (vitamin B3) in millet can help lower cholesterol.
  • Phosphorus in millet helps with fat metabolism, body tissue repair and creating energy (phosphorus is an essential component ofadenosine triphosphate or ATP, a precursor to energy in your body)
  • Millet can help lower risk of type 2 diabetes.
  • Fiber from whole grains has been shown to protect against breast cancer.
  • Whole grains have been shown to protect against childhood asthma.

Millet - one cup
Butter Milk- 1/2 Litre

soak the millet for 4 hours. Spread it in the kitchen towel and dry it for 15-20 minutes.

Once it is little dry, Grind it in the mixer grinder/ blender.  It is not required to be super fine. Like below.

Beat the curd and make buttermilk a half liter.

For one cup of prepared millet add two cups of buttermilk

Stirr the Content in the cooker with Maththu bottom (Whisker) continuously, this allows no lumps in the content. Cook in simmer (full low flame)

Once the buttermilk gets vanishes (no white patches seen) and gets boils in the content, colse the cooker and put whistle. Keep in simmer.

Once the two whistles comes, off the fire and cool it. Transfer the content to the bowl. It will be still liqued, Do not worry. As the time goes, it gets thicken in 5-7 minutes.

Serve hot with Sambar..

Store in Fridge. Dissolve in butter milk and have with Mor Milagai... It is great treat of cooling your body in this Hot Summer...

Hope you like it... :)

Candle Light- Hand Made Center piece for Romantic Dinner ;)

Hello Friends :D

I am back again, with lots of food mood and wishes.

I was looking for beautiful candle holder to use in home. As usual my selfish mind told me "It should be made up of Riyaa's Hand Made"

I made this candle holder for the special occasion of My first anniversary.

Me and prak planned for a Home made dinner. I made it little special with this Candle holder and fresh Flowers.

I made this candle Holder again from a Nestle Dhahi Cup. I have a great love on those White Cups (after peeling the skin).

I heated the edge of Sharp knife and made the heart shaped holes in the cup. Then painted with normal acrylic paints.

When i placed the candle in the center, i was little upset to see the brush patches in the painting, but prak told that gives beauty to the candle Light.

I don't know whether he said for convincing me. You tell me friends....
